This policy describes how Hello Melo ("we", "us"), operating at shophellomelo.com, handles your information. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and everything sensitive is handled by specialist providers.

What we collect

• Newsletter email — when you subscribe, we store your email address to send you the newsletter. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
• Contact messages — name (optional), email, and message content, kept so we can reply.
• Order information — payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We store what fulfillment needs: items ordered, shipping address, and email for tracking updates.
• Analytics — aggregate page-view analytics to understand what content helps. Outbound clicks on recommendation links are logged (page, timestamp, browser user-agent) to measure what readers find useful.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate we may earn a commission when you buy through them. When you click one, a small attribution cookie (__fattr) is set in your browser for up to 12 months so we can understand which recommendations lead to purchases. Retailers like Amazon set their own cookies under their own policies.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that make the site work: our database host (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), print fulfillment (limited to what shipping your order requires), and analytics. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via the contact page. EU/UK visitors have additional GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) which we honor for everyone.
